Blueprint was created to give you just what it's called....a blueprint for how the body was designed to work together between joints, muscles, tendons and bone to allow it free and unrestricted movement in all positions. Led by Certified Personal Trainer Long Truong and gm owner Dell Shepard,  this class incorporates gymnastics, functional fitness training, yoga and weight training into one class.
