kids move

Kids need to be up and moving. We see this need and encourage kids ages 7-14 to learn the elementary movements of exercise.  We use age specific movements to teach good habits early to keep for their whole lives. We meet two times a week on Mondays and Saturdays. We will also come to your facility to hold classes.
